The Bistro

Miravida brings you "La Cuisine d'Olivier", the best French dining experience in Buenos Aires. The space,  elegant and intimate, is perfectly designed to spend a romantic evening. French music plays, adding to the ambience. The menu -a 5 course chef’s selection- changes regularly and it is always delightful. The dishes are indeed a fusion of the exquisite French cuisine with Argentina's exciting flavors. Dinner is served with our sommelier's selection of wine to best suit your meal.

The Chef

Oliver was born is Auch, France. He graduated with honors from L’ Institut Culinaire de Gastronomie Française. Before arriving in Buenos Aires in 1998, he worked as executive Chef is several restaurants in Switzerland and France -such Relais Chateaux, Chalet Mont d’Arbois y Le Metropole en Beaulieu-sur-Mer. In Argentina, he worked in La Bourgogne, Hotel Madero and Le Sud.

Along his career he received several awards: he was recognized as Chef of the Year in 2006 and 2010. In 2009, under his leadership, Le Sud Bistro was named Best Restaurant in Hotels by Cuisine & Vins Magazine. Olivier was distinguished for his outstanding career by Guido Gallia, a recognized Latin America Chef and owner of one of the best culinary schools in Peru. He is the only Chef in South America to have arrived twice (2014 and 2018) to the semi-finals of one of the most prestigious French Cuisine Competition: “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”. His book, “La Cuisine d’Olivier” was published in 2012 and participated in the Culinary Books World Championship in París.

The Experience

With only 12 tables available, La Cuisine d'Olivier, is an intimate and private experience thus reservations are required. For groups of four or more you can request to dine at our amazing underground cellar.

The menu changes weekly and  is composed of apéritif, appetizer, your choice between two main dishes, pre-dessert and dessert.  Water and one bottle of wine per couple is included in the menu. Alternatively, you can choose to pair each dish with a different wine.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.
